This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruiter possessing full cycle recruitment competencies who has partnered with hiring managers in collaborative staffing. You will initiate and coordinate the full cycle recruitment/selection and on-boarding processes.

Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor degree plus 3 years of recruiting experience, a working knowledge of employment law, as well as, excellent written, communication and computer skills, Microsoft Office and HRIS. To succeed you must be able to effectively source new candidates, demonstrate critical thinking, and work independently.

The Talent Scout is the spark to begin any relationship between Holy Redeemer and a new employee. RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or actively pursuing.
  • 2 years’ experience in discovering talent, recruitment and interviewing/auditioning experience.
  • Ability to apply principles of experience design.
  • Experience with employment law/practices.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft/computer applications, social media and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to travel.
